HOW IS A HOUSE INSPECTED?
A PestGuard Termite & Pest Control technician will usually spend 1 – 2 hours on site (depending on the size of the building), doing a termite inspection Central Coast, inspecting the structure and surrounds. A termite inspection is non-invasive and involves the visual inspection of timbers. The technician will use a tapper and an electronic moisture meter and will also visually inspect all accessible timbers. WHAT WILL I RECEIVE FROM MY INSPECTION?
You will receive expert advice on the protection of your home from termite attack along with up to date information on the current state of your home. This information will be captured in an electronic report and emailed out following the inspection.
The report will contain:

Any recommendations the technician has for the property
A management proposal for any further treatment recommended
